Although place was heaving on a Sat morning it was very well staffed. We were politely shown straight to table and served within 2 mins. And it was cheap !

Popped in for lunch, always love a McDonald's. As a wheelchair user it is difficult. Especially during busy periods. Thankfully a member of staff, Elizabeth, helped to get me milk and napkins and brought them over, even though she was busy cleaning up the mess people had left. Great staff. Great experience.

The best MacDonald I've ever had, much better than anywhere else in the area. Strongly recommend to all. Customer service is A class and quality of the produce is hard to beat

As with every McDonald's restaurant in the UK that is based in a shopping centre there is simply just not enough room or space on the weekends.
On the weekdays there is plenty of room and space
It is a McDonald's. You know what the food is like. The Big MC with Bacon is great.

Really busy location you will have to queue for a bit. The food is fresh cooked so very good. Worth the wait.

Service is a bit slow, but this McDonald's is very clean and tidy. There is quite a large seating area, so plenty of places to sit. the ordering area is quite small though, so when it is busy and you are waiting for food, it is cramped. Staff on the whole seem friendly, but some need to be a bit more confident.

My daughter visited Sunday, 8th April around 10.30am here for a quick refreshment before shopping with her 3 children ( 2 under 5). Unfortunately a hot chocolate drink was knocked over, with one of the children completely soaked! Luckily no injuries to the child, kindly one female front of house staff extremely helpful in looking after the kids and clearing up. Even went and got another hot chocolate FOC. Did not get her name, but many thanks and well done Mcdonalds staff.

It is what it is, possibly not the greatest dining experience, but I personally enjoy the food here. The staff and service are great. Nothing negative to say.

Left a bag in there and got it back because of the honest customers who sat where I was.

A nice Mcdonalds, though very busy, a bit difficult to maneuver a wheelchair to the counter. Staff were polite but the table was sticky
