Not been for several years but great experience and lovely food, wheelchair access good and no issues with assistance dog being with us.

Flexibility to split our group of 5 to a 3 + 2 this meant that we were able to sit quickly - one of our group has a number of food intolerances and these were readily accommodated

First time trying Pizza Hut in the UK.
Not disappointed.
Everything run smoothly and our experience was positive.
A bit on the pricey side for what it is, but we didn’t regret visiting.

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Mia was amazing and understood we didn’t want to order online and took our order with pen and paper. The service was really quick and saw her multiple times assist other customers when she saw they were puzzled by the QR code scanning to order, she is the perfect role model for Pizza Hut and deserves recognition. She mentioned it was her last day so good luck Mia! I hope you take your amazing service with you. Only downside was we waited about 25 minutes to be seated :(
