Nando's Bristol - Cribbs Venue

Saturday 23/09/2023 Excellent food. We were seated immediately upon arrival outside the restaurant on a table with a bench and a straw chair which was very uncomfortable for me but fine for my companion. We ordered via Nando’s app at 1425h, the bottomless glass was immediately given to us afterwards. However, starter was served at 1445h and main meal was served at 1458hrs. There are so many workers there who were working tirelessly as the turnover of the customers was pretty high. Food delivered fresh and hot. I really loved the crispy sweet potatoes and my husband enjoyed the warm pitta bread with hummus. I recommend the spicy grain salad with feta cheese (side). We ordered the shared platter with 4 small sides, broccoli was delicious and spicy salad was awesome! Total price £41.95 We’ve been here many times already and staff were friendly, helpful and hardworking. The guy opposite us likely ordered at the till and his food was served first before us but seemed seated after us. So maybe it’s quicker to order at the till than on the app.

You would expect better service for a chain like Nandos to be honest. I have visited this place quite frequently in the last few years and it's VERY hit and miss. The music is very loud most of the time and the queue system is not clear at all. Most of the servers are nice unless you go in the weekend...

We got takeaway wraps and the food is always good at Nandos, so no complaints there but the service is really slow at Cabot...especially if youre picking up a takeaway. We were sitting on the bench waiting for our takeaway, my friend saw our wraps just sitting there for ages, we caught someone's eye to check and finally someone brought them over. It just seems like they need someone to focus on what's ready and get it out while it's still warm.

I've been to the Nando's in Cabot Circus a few times and it has been great each time! My favourite dishes here are the veggie wraps and I have also had 1/2 chicken. Both meals were cooked really well and the service was great and very fast. The outdoors section of the restaurant is also really nice and has a great ambience.

Decided to pop by after picking up the step children in Bristol then doing a bit of shopping before the drive back to Cornwall. Service was really great, wait time was hardly anything. Food came out hot. Kids enjoyed it too. Went for the sunset burger with the new garlic mayo sauce. Definitely be back again.
