Costa Coffee

My partner and I stopped here on our way back home. The Customer Service was outstanding, I have allergies and they went above and beyond to cater to my needs, being Lactose Intolerant and allergic to dairy it’s hard to be able to eat and drink outside of home. The staff in this particular Costa made me feel at ease, by making sure that every item that my soya latte touched was handled by one person only, the temperature gage was wiped clean with a antibacterial wipe and the tray, coffee jug, glass and spoon all through the dishwasher separate from everything else. The table we sat at was wiped clean and my drink came out separate to my partners to make sure there was no cross contamination. All the staff was friendly and considerate but the 2 ladies called Claire and Daisy were amazing and I will definitely be visiting again. I highly recommend you check it out!

Love Costa over any other homogenised US branded coffee shops. I love the beans and seasonal varieties. The only thing that stops this shop getting 5 🌟 is that the staff are constantly rotating - the problem with the FF sector I suppose 🤷🏾‍♂️ That being said the quality of the coffee, cleanliness of the store, and the wonderful they do have make this Costa one of my favourite coffee shops.
