Absolutely terrible. We went for a pre booked Xmas lunch at £35 each, I was served a few vegetables with gravy. Had to ask for some meat as there was just a few little bits in the gravy. Felt like we were just given the left overs. V poor

Excellent pub, great British food done well. Great pint of Harvey’s and wonderful atmosphere. Exactly what was needed after a day walking in the South Downs. Was only in the area for a couple days but would make effort to revisit in the future.
