Stumbled into this amazing pub tonight. Had delicious meal, chicken curry with all the trimmings absolutely amazing.
The friendliest of atmospheres, service excellent. Cliff who ran the pub was so welcoming. Thank you so much ❤️
We visited the Red Lion on a Tuesday night, (fish and chip night). The atmosphere was inviting and the service at the bar was excellent. So was the meal service, Sam made us feel welcome and was very attentive. Full marks for all the team. The food was excellent. Thank you for a great night.
Had such a lovely night last night. Cliff and his team were so accommodating. They made us feel so welcome. Cliff made the time to sit down with us and chat, which is rare in any pub. Will definitely be back!
A Proper British pub. Lovely friendly staff & regulars, a roaring fire & an active darts team. Cliff does a great job as host & Landlord. Good pub grub & decent portions too!
Really delicious food! First time I've eaten here, even though I've lived in the area for years. I was very impressed, I had the sea bass and the best ratatouille I've ever eaten. My partner had very good fish and chips. Friendly barmade too. Sunny garden.
We popped in for Wednesday Curry night. The food was really tasty and good value for money. We can thoroughly recommend this warm, friendly pub.
