Spent a lot of money on a big order. Waited too long parked up. The milkshake melted with the wait. When the 'not so fast' food eventually arrived I asked the on shift manager (who was pleasant) if she'd put everything in. She assured me …
3rd occasion now where the order has been wrong. We ordered our food at 19.27, received it at 20.25! (An hour wait), only to find they had only bought drinks... sent it back, received the food at 21.06 and guess what?! Stone cold, same food …
Staff here were lovely. Very friendly + polite. The food was hot + tasty. All areas were clean + tidy. The staff were also very good with. Y 4yr old grandson.
Absolutely terrible! Chicken in the wrap was slimey & chewy, chicken batter in the chips that my partner had, fries were stone cold, Burger was quite literally thrown in the box. The manager needs adequate training how to deal with …
Ordered 2 happy meals ! New young person taking order ! Said there was no mc flurry-machine broken ! Wrong happy meals and machine wasn’t broken ! So asked for a mc flurry and the young lady said sorry u have to go back around ! To order …
Food is always hot and consists of the usual McDonald's menu. Occasionally can have a bit of a wait in grill order parking when getting a takeaway, even when not ordering anything out of the norm. Staff very friendly and polite. Can get busy and carpark is a bit tight at those times, but overall one of my favorite McDonald's.
