Kfc

There was no atmosphere to speak of, but it's a fast food outlet. What do you expect? I hadn't had a KFC for over 20 years. My son decided to get us one of the 'Daily chicken wraps', which come with the sauce of the day. And, it was nice. There was a lot of chicken and sauce, I enjoyed the shredded red cabbage in there It was a really refreshing change from the wilted lettuce you get in many places. The price? Just under two pounds for the daily wrap. Now that was value for money. The chilli sauce is really nice. I find the bbq sauce a bit overpowering, but that's because I am not a lover of bbq sauces. All the same, it was an OK bbq sauce, and I ate it all. What was really nice tho...the wrap itself. They are normally just wrapped in the soft tortilla wraps... but this one was maybe slightly toasted, and it made a very nice change.

UPDATE - this was over a year ago and since they opened, they’ve gotten a more reliable team. The team there are lovely, would do anything to help and are as fast as they can be. Of course it’s slow at times, but they’re a small place. There’s a couple specific members of staff that are particularly lovely, we don’t know them by name though:( there’s a bigger guy with a beard, I think he might be a manager, but he’s so nice, would do anything to help you, nothing is a problem at all! The ONLY thing I’ll say is that the sweetcorn is always brown and tastes a little off? It’s always the same and I’ve never seen it at any other KFC. We also seem to have items missing with most orders and we have to check each time.. but it’s the same with the McDonald’s across the road and most other places in the Dock 💀 I recommend them more than the McDonald’s though, the staff at this KFC just make it 100x better, always say have a good day and nothing is too much hassle. Honestly, they’ve brightened my day several times and we need that in this world! Some kindness! And good service of course 🤣 You’re always working hard KFC, thank you! This place is SO SLOW. I ordered a watermelon drink and it took 15 minutes to be made because the girl was just staring at me. I’ve never been to such a slow fast food place/drive through. Currently been waiting 20 minutes for a box and there are still 3 cars in the drive thru that are still because nothing is happening. It’s slow food, not fast food 😭 at least the inside is clean I guess 💀

Well I have to say after the 2 previous absolutely awful meals I thought I would try them for a third time ….and Wowww this was bloody delicious….beans were not burnt or had plenty of chips and the chicken was spot on !!! Excellent service ! I will be back again ! You have restored my faith ! Well done Pembroke dock !

You guys just missed the mark of getting 5 stars. This is due to the fact that upon entering the building, I was lassoed by the manager, who proceeded to tranquilize my bottom. I suffered dire diarrhoea and pain for the next 3 months, and a tapeworm slid out my bum. However, the zingerburger was bussing! The atmosphere was that of an aquarium with electric eels - shockingly good! This may be due to the fact that an electric eel fell from the ceiling tile above me and landed in the deep fryer, though. The employees all looked like their faces were shifting around, as if they were not real. Overall, 8/10 would go again.
