Nice building, close to the M4, small and busy carpark. Lovely staff and great coffee....BUT they only accept card payment, which scores highly on my list of dislikes! I find it an annoyance that I'm being dictated to as to how I should pay. Also, there is no apparent notice explaining this!
The team here are fantastic - I was at this Starbucks a few weeks back and had a big order. The team went above and beyond to ensure each drink was labelled and made quickly. Thank you to Will, Lexi, Emma, Ella, Martha, Meg and Evie for all your help!
There are three Starbucks in Bridgend, I much prefer using this branch as it's less busy than the one at Macarthur Glenn and more pleasant than the branch at Waterton with slightly easier access.
We just went through the drive through. One of the drinks orders were completely wrong and my out meal was stone cod. Avoid this store, Talbot Green is far better in my opinion. At least the staff are more personable and get the orders right! Shocking
Great drive thru. Fast & efficient. Seating inside & out. Great reward scheme & friendly staff.
Great service, friendly staff and great place to get some down time in work.
