I called in today for a tea and something gluten free. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the gluten free items on the menu. The service was fantastic and the staff were very enthusiastic and so friendly. I will definitely return when I'm in the area again

Staff are lovely and the coffees were fine, but we were sat upstairs. There's a lack of tables and seats. It's looking terribly tired upstairs. Our table was wonky.

Definitely one of the better Costa Coffee cafés. Nice and airy with plenty of space. Staff are friendly and helpful, and are quick to clear tables after customers have left. The place is immaculate, having just been repainted. The flooring, including the carpeted area, is exceptionally clean.
