Absolutely disgusting place. Went in at 8.30am and found the counter full of stone cold "hot baked goods" a completely empty fridge so no sandwiches. The bacon was basically slightly warmed ham and the sausages were still oinking!! Next time I will drive straight past and grab a meal deal from a garage.
Filthy eating area, hasn't improved int he 12 months since I was here last: doesn't look like it gets cleaned very often. No supplies in toilet. Cold. Staff pleasant and efficient though.
Bit of feedback for the large young man serving today. Dark hair, 6ft, food fine, polite enough, but wiping your nose on alternate sleeves whilst serving food is NOT OK. Look at it from the customerservice view.
Although the place was empty at 08.45, the tables where very dirty.
2 staff where putting out food, and where very friendly.
The toilets were not very clean either.
So just bought a tea and left.
Absolutely terrible there was barley any food at half 1 which is prime time honestly there was no sandwiches or pastries I am a hungry girl and now I have not ate any Greggs I am now hangry and my family are grumpy bc I am hangry and need …
Lovely hard working staff. Always pleasant even when rude entitled customers give them grief.
