Went in this morning, served by a lovely young lady, she was kind, patient and over all outstanding. I'm glad to see how not only the staff have improved but the cleanliness and standards have, will be recommending to all family and friends.
Long story short, I initially ordered through uber eats and my meal said it had been delivered but had not arrived. It turned out that someone had impersonated me and took the food!!
I spoke to a lovely lady at Subway who said she would re-make the food for me and she even threw in some cookies for the inconvenience. I can’t fault the staff, they were all great. Thank you for being so helpful the food was fab😊
Staff at this store are friendly and was patient taking my order. Not only did the food taste great but was made up to the standards i expected. Store was nice and clean.

Best Tuna melt and chicken tikka sub I've had in a long while, served by a young lad, quite impressive and did this with a passion and not clock watching whilst serving me 15 mins before closing time. Well done!!
The worst subway I have ever been to, no hygiene the girl behind the counter opened a cardboard box then cut the bread with the same knife, the staff were a disgrace couldn't cope, the way they made the baggett s were a disgrace, I had a box of nachos everything was just thrown in, there was mayonnaise all over the outside of the box, every table needed cleaning, whoever has the franchise of this subway needs to go and check it out, it was disgusting
Always clean and tidy in here and the staff are friendly and quick. It's handy that it has a car park too as its on the A59 and the road can be pretty busy round here.
I love coming here. Always service with a smile, all of the staff are lovely at whatever time of day you go in.
Great customer service too! I came in the other day for my lunch and everyone was happy, smiling and laughing even though it was very busy which is great to see. I come here regularly and would recommend this Subway to everyone! The best one in Preston!
