Local pub taken over by local people who are turning the pub around. Great atmosphere and the food is fab. Huge beer garden, lovely for warm days/evenings. Would highly recommend.

Popped in for a bite to eat on the way to the rugby. The young staff members were happy, friendly and helpful. They made you feel very welcome. The food was very tasty and reasonably priced. Highly recommend popping in if you are down this way.

Visiting Land's End from Lostwithiel and needed a family friendly place to eat that didn't cost a fortune, this place was perfect. There are 6 of us (2A 4C) and we didn't book a table, the staff were very accommodating. My young daughter has a specialist medical diet and then lovely lady that took our order was fab! Between us we had steak, burgers & gammon and the portion sizes were generous to say the least. They had a small park outside with a big tree swing, which was a hit with the kids! Would definitely recommend and visit again next time. All in, the bill was £88, bargain!

Good home cooked food. The only serving waitress did a top job of serving even though it appeared to get busy.

A nice find, on the outskirts of Penzance, a nice split level interior, with a good drinks selection. The large garden is very attractive.

Stayed in our Motorhome in carpark. Free as long as you buy a meal. Good quality home cooked reasonably priced food. Staff very polite and attentive. Right next to a bus route, to Mousehole or Newlyn. You can also book a room at the inn
