Sugar Plum Tea Rooms

We regularly go to Pershore visiting our opticians but only noticed yesterday that you could take dogs in. My husband and I had a delicious breakfast with lovely cup of tea. All the staff were very welcoming and service excellant. That will be our place to go in the future. Thank you. Robert and Margaret Matthews and Rory our little dog.

Popped in with intention of only having a quick drink,however noticed the food coming out looked nice,myself and husband both ordered sandwiches,came with generous filling,really fresh,included homemade coleslaw and crisps,good value, friendly staff,bright and clean tea room,will visit again when in the area.

Friendly welcome, pleasant surroundings. Good selection of cakes - between us we had shortbread, carrot cake and marble cake and we were very happy with our choices. I had a coughing fit the guy serving noticed and without hesitation I was brought a glass of water - you can't ask for more attentive service! We will certainly return.

I called in today, at 4pm on a wet miserable Friday in April. Taylor makes this a very special tea room. Whilst Lydia quietly and competently makes every item ordered arrive as it should and on time. I noticed and overheard the friendly conversations and realised that the 8 people in there when I was, and their three small dogs, were all regulars.There was gentle conversation between Taylor and everyone, with sausage or chicken treats for each dog. I’m only sorry that I’ve not given myself the treat of visiting before. I chose apple strudel tea, managing to get three cups from a good sized teapot and a small mini egg brownie. I think all the cakes are made beautifully by Taylor’s Mum.

Myself and three children came and had milkshakes and coffee with us all having a sand which. It was great. The atmosphere was lovely. Yes it took a little while to get our stuff but we didn’t mind. I work within hospitality and know the pressures of staffing and being busy. We will be coming again as the children loved it.
