Hungry Jacks Belmont

Quite disappointed with the service tonight, spent over 20 minutes waiting for food only to get home and find I was missing half a serve of chips, the rest were barley salted; they were also half under cooked and half overcooked, mostly cold and my burger had no sauce on it. Although there was no issue with my drink and the staff were polite enough, I’m still very underwhelmed by the experience and the fact that it ended up costing me more in petrol than the meal was worth.

Restaurant Dine-In was very clean Got the orders Correct Staff were under the pump during lunch peak was still Served in a Timely manner. The Food (chips and burger) was nice & Freshly Cooked. I also Had To Take a Leak and Compared to the other Fast food places nearby Bathroom was adequately Clean and In Working Order, Unlike the amenities at the McDonald's just down the Road.

Was told at the window after making an order that the efpos machine was down. I said I only had card. Their reply was, sorry but you'll need to come back with cash. My order was sitting on the counter already. I couldn't get money out couldn't pick up my order. What a waste. Being their fault I would think they should have given me the meal. And work on a solution for better customer service.

The Manager was great, some of these kids there made a mistake on my order after the manager took my order. ohh just before she finished her shift. And they was so up set about me asking them to fix my order. There was a boy who I think is new, he was more kind and professional toward and did his Job right good luck to him and I hope he stays kind.

I love Hungry Jack's, but when you ALWAYS get cold burgers you can't really say the burgers are better... I never do drive through because I'd still have to go in to ask them to microwave my whopper to make it hot with that perfect level of steamy-juicyness. It should be done as standard tbh. Apart from that, it's everything you'd expect. Including when you ask for ketchup and salt... because you've just asked to ruin their profits for the month and have the staff beaten... at least that's what it feels like when they give you one ketchup sachet and one salt packet after buying 5 large meals for my family...
