Mcdonald's

Honestly shouldn't even have a star, came in during the morning, ordered nuggets in a large meal and breakfast burger on the side, takes a considerable amount of time to be ready, get our food, chips are cold, nuggets aren't fresh, when the manager explains to me that they are fresh, I see them pulling out the phu drawers, and had the nerve to argue and complain to me that they are fresh, didn't even get fresh nuggets as they refused. Absolutely disappointing, I've been in the fast food industry and this is just appalling customer service and food preparation.

I go to MacDonald's about once a year, and my wife thinks that's one time too many. Well, today was the day, and we were in Perth. I waited forever, and then they got my order wrong. That's normally a 2-star review, but... ...the whole time i was there, i didn't see a single staff member slacking - these dudes were working, and working hard. The way i see it, it's not the staffs fault that they're understaffed and overworked. Oh, and as for stuffing my order up...they gave me two sausage patties, instead of double bacon in my massive mcmuffin, so who's complaining? As good as any other maccas, and if what you're wanting is MacDonald's, there's nowhere else to go, is there? Cheers guys.

I do not why the female staff hate me so much. My number is 12x, but when the number 135 got his meal, I have not gotten. When Onion ring is ready, she skipped me directly and gave numbers behind me deliberately. She let me wait for more than 40 minutes!!! Finally, I can’t wait more and talk to her manager. Then I got the meal, if I did not talk to the manager, I believe I would wait longer. Two stars for the nice manager, zero stars for the awful staff !!!

Besides the quality of the food , which we all know what that is like and we all have different opinions regarding it, this place is dirty, small, bathrooms are closed ( you have to ask someone to open it for you) , and no plugs or outlets anywhere to charge your phone or computer while eating. I wouldn’t come back to this maccas, even for take away.

Worst Maccas meal I have had in the 30 years I can remember. Nuggets were old and biscuit like, sprite was soda, and quarter pounder was subpar. Chips may have got a pass. Terrible, and made wait for 10mins like you were getting a fresh meal when it wasn’t busy!. Serves me right for stopping in on a whim!
