Amazing, lovely, friendly staff. Very professional and nothing is ever an issue. Buy all my birthday cakes from Baynes and they are delicious. Recently spoke to the lovely manager about cakes for my son who has a severe nut allergy and herself and the bakery went above and beyond to help. I highly recommend!!
