Travelled from Glasgow to try the food after reading about it on Facebook. The food was good but we felt it was a bit expensive for what we got. The actual chip shop chips weren't great. The spice bag was good but had mainly chips in it. We ordered 4 sauces but only 2 were in the bag. Could definitely recommend the salt and chilli black pudding - it was amazing! There wasnt much choice in the way of drinks and the fridge wasn't turned on so the drinks were warmer than we would have liked. It was nice and would go again but probably wouldn't travel through unless we needed to go to Perth anyway!

Hi Pete, we got on great, the food was still hot when we got back to Auchterarder. It was delicious, enjoyed every bit. I haven't had chicken balls in such a long time and they were fantastic, the salt and pepper chicken was very flavourful, and I haven't had that before. Its the simple things too, the quality of your batter is the best I've had by far, consistent and crispy, but fluffy too. Even your noodles were great - individual too, not all clumped together. Your sauces too, my favourite - couldn't decide, but they were the best I've had. You Sir, are a genius in what you do, it was worth the trip just to taste your food. Being Coeliac often means that we are limited in what we can have, the food can be bland or just boring, You - and your staff at China China have not just broken the mold, you have thrown the mold away! Thankyou for such an enjoyable meal, it's the best we've had in a very long time. If you are Coeliac, China China is the place to go to. 95% of the menu is gluten free!

Just happened to pop in to see Pete and experience his amazing hospitality and savour his famous gluten free chicken curry with fried rice and chips.... absolutely best in the country. Also OH had the black pudding and haddock Malaysian curry, Also a big hit. Wee bonus perfect timing for the Christmas lights switch on. Thank you Pete and the Gang. 🌟
