I went into Greggs in South Street mainly because I wanted a Greggs, and I was in South Street. I was "served" by a young girl call AbbIE who was disappointingly not rude as I have read in an earlier review, I was looking forward to experiencing her rudeness.
I asked for an idea of what filled baps she had, and far from rolling her eyes, she eyed her rolls.
There was an old lady who was trying to pay with coins, but I told her straight - you wait grandma, I'm being served as you can see so wind your neck in. You've got all day to stand around anyway.
No other member of staff seemed bothered, because like Katie Harvey's review 2 months ago, none of it actually happened.

Store is clean and well laid out. Staff were friendly and there was a good selection of products available. Street parking available on opposite side of road or there is plenty of car parks close by.

Great place to go for filled baguettes and hot drinks or soup or sausage rolls or sweet treats. Very reasonably priced place to go to grab a quick lunch when out shopping with family and friends or when travelling.

There usually seems to be good, friendly and sensible staff at this Greggs (and the other Perth ones) which definitely can’t be said for all branches!!!

Fantastic service and manager is so nice! My card was declined and I couldn’t get Wi-Fi to transfer money (mortifying!). Manager gave me my breakfast roll, coffee and cakes on the house as a goodwill gesture. Thanks again!
