If you love Kebabs then this is the place to taste in Peterborough. Platters are the best to taste all the different kebabs. Would definitely recommend. In addition you have BYO alcohol drinks which is a bonus to enjoy your meal.

My husband and I love this place - it's our favourite restaurant in Peterborough and we've been visiting regularly for more than 2 years. No pretensions, just wonderfully tasty food, excellent portion sizes, good value for money, friendly service, and bring your own bottle (with no charge for corkage!). If fine dining is what you want, this isn't the place, but if you value any of the above, don't give the Kabul a miss.

Very tasty food. Definitely different to Indian. It is the first time I try an Afghan restaurant. It was empty when I went during the week. It is more of a takeway but who cares. Very good food and good prices.

A little diamond of a place. Food is fresh and the price is unbelievable great value. Hidden place, beautiful hearty authentic Afghan food. I recommend Pasta, and lamb chops. And lamb in carrot rice. 10 stsr

Takeaway: I'm a food snob and I haven't stopped recommending this place to people. The food is AMAZING! Not only that, but it was healthy. Grilled chicken, superbly marinated, with a greek style salad. Beat that gluten!

Our host was welcoming and polite, the venue was clean, simple and unpretentious with the tables spaced out so as not to be too close to other diners.
The food menu is varied and only non-alcoholic drinks are available. For the two us, we ordered starters and mains, all of which were hot and tasty and hugely generous in terms of portion size - we actually took some away with us in a tin-foil take-away pot.
Kabul presents good value for money and I would recommend others try it too.
