Always a great place to come shopping. Good quality produce, at higher prices than other supermarkets but that's to be expected due to the quality. Nice café too, and convenient for commuters as it's next door to the train station.
The only negative is the lack of staff (Partners) available to help or man the checkouts at busy times. The last few times I've been in, I've not seen many people.
Overall an excellent supermarket with fab quality food and drink.

Very good supermarket in terms of quality where price is slightly high. Lots of variety item and quality customer service available. variety of wine collection available. Birthday cake has not met our expectations but we have no complaints on quality.

Great products! Yes some can be a little more expensive but quality is good. If you are carefully you can pick up some bargains. Waitrose is good for occasional treats too and that one unusual ingredient you may need for a recipe. Always a treat to come here!

I would like to say what a delightful experience it was to meet Loxley at checkout yesterday. He was so pleasant it really opened my eyes to how miserable a lot of shop workers are these days. He made me smile. He is a credit to Waitrose Peterborough.

Successfully shopped for quail eggs. Also added some wooden skewers and reduced priced fish pie mix and broccoli. Wonderful quality and everyone is do polite and pleasant. Plus, easy parking.

We only shopped here to use the car park so we could visit the Oakham Brewery Tap without having to use the unfriendly council carparks.
Waitrose is a lovely supermarket selling great stuff.

Popped in as I had a £5 off £30 voucher to use
Didn't need much as it happened so decided on a different bottle of gin
Good choices and happy with my purchases which included tonic muesli oh and a bottle of bleach as I had miscalculated my spend by pence! Thanks to Mrs King on the till for her patience

It's an absolute pleasure , either going shopping or requesting a delivery from waitrose. The website is super friendly and hassle free. Delivery of groceries and essential items is punctual. The service is very professional and partners are very courteous and go out of their way, to be helpful.
The shop is well maintained and well stocked with fresh fruits and vegetables and groceries.

Since it is not a local store, I visit there occasionally. Every time I pass through, I always stop in to get something. It is clean and you can tell the staff are better trained than at certain supermarkets, which is why I enjoy going there. The setting is tidy and clean. When you're waiting for a pickup at the station, the location of the coffee shop is advantageous.
