Excellent food, fast and friendly service. 5 stars!
This quaint coffee shop is a hidden gem hidden inside Rivergate shopping arcade. River arcade seems like quite an old building, so is a pleasure to step into & admire its archaeological merits anyway. We walked and were looking at the menu where we rescued by the manager as we were debating whether to walk on by. I am glad that we didn't as we ordered a vegetarian big breakfast, carrot cake and tea. When they say big they mean it. 3 eggs, 3 hash browns, steamed tomatoes, beans and toast. All for under a tenner! Quick (breakfast arrived within 5-10mins) value for money service and wonderful courteous, staff. What is there not to just love about this place?
I've been coming here for the last few Saturdays to have my breakfast and I must say. Its always been fantastic. The food is always served fast and every time has been delicious. Prices are great for what you get and the staff are always friendly and happy to acclimated to requests. Do try the large breakfast!

Lovely cafe and really nice staff. Stopped by for a cheese toasty, cappuccino and a bakewell tart. All very tasty.
Nice little coffee shop and reasonable prices. Staff nice and friendly. And old hits on the radio. Rocking all over the world and a coffee can't beat it.
We visited this café a couple of days ago. What a gem good food at very reasonable prices . Staff were lovely. AA class a must to visit.
