They were very much not busy, but still managed to mess up an order missing 1 out of 4 items from it. Sadly only realised after leaving due to ordering takeaway and being in a hurry. I would understand if the place was busy but literally not many people were there.

Dreadful. They closed upstairs for no reason and employed the horrible cleaner as some sort of security guard. When we found a seat the table was disgusting and someone left a tray of Taco Bell. Clean up for goodness sake.
