Lovely meal with friends. Frankie’s has been here all through my childhood and it’s great food and experience. Had a lovely server called Beata who was nice and helpful. She was efficient in bringing food. She has been a long serving member and she was warm and friendly. Sad to see this restaurant and its staff go. Will be missed.

Just had a meal here and wow, what a place. I ordered something that wasn't even on the menu, and they made it for me with absolutely no fuss. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and made sure we were enjoying our meal throughout the evening. The meal was absolutely delicious and so filling that I even managed to take home a doggy bag for later. The manager with the funky shirt was awesome and really friendly and was the person who sorted out the calzone that wasn't even on the menu. Great place can't wait to go back and eat there again 😃

We love visiting F&B’s at Boongate. Always a warm welcome, a smile, great food and the drinks prompt after a tough day. Anthony and team always ensure our visit is 5 star. That’s why they all deserve 5 stars. Ps chicken and halloumi burger….. divine and spicy!! Always a nice treat. Can’t wait to see you all again.

I went for a meal here with family, and there was nothing wrong with the food, except the price. The price has risen dramatically over the years for what is the same standard of prepackaged food, heated up in the oven / microwave. It tasted absolutely fine though, and my cocktail was lovely. The atmosphere was relaxed which I appreciate, but the service was very slow despite the restaurant not being very busy. It was half term so I'd have expected more staff to be available. The servers were very friendly and I can't fault the way they behaved, it was just slow. We waited nearly 30 minutes just for drinks.

Always polite and professional service by Joanne .I like going there for dinner with my son. They have nice choice of meals and good offers. Joanne always gives me good recommendation for salads, if i dont know what to have, my son likes their pizza. No matter how busy restaurant is , Joanne always gives us positive experience.

Really enjoyable experience with super service. Very attentive. Food was hot, tasty and very filling. Had an offer with 3 network 2 adult meals for £10. Got a 3 course meal for my little one. She wasn't keen on the mac and cheese so they exchanged it for her. No fuss and no squabbles. Ordered way too much fold with all my sides and milkshake. But still squashed in a dessert. Didn't mention it was my daughters birthday but staff noticed she was wearing a badge and brought the dessert over with a candle and played the happy birthday song.

Staff very friendly and helpful My meal was tasty and well presented but perhaps not as much food I expected for 15£ J mentioned that his lasagne wasn't warm enough for him and he wanted more onion rings for the price he paid R had her pasta bolognaise with not enough meat so the plate went bck and they added meat but the portion of meat still wasn't great K and V enjoyed their meals and there was no comments lol it was fairly busy we were in sitting around 6:30 men toilet was clean and it was 6:45pm ladies toilet wasn't great according to R there was toilet paper on floor and water Thank you
