It is one of the best halal restaurants in Peterborough. Have been ordering food from here everytime I visit my cottage nearby. Food is excellent and the owner is very very kind and nice. We always order the family platter for 4 which is now family platter for 5. Prices are up, but that's compensating due to the prices of meat, oil, rice and everything to meet the standards of the restaurant going up as well. Food is fresh and we love it because you get more taste of the meat and they put very perfect quantity of spice to bring the flavors out. I've been going here for the last 4 years and know the owner. He was telling me how a customer had a confrontation with him and the customer decided to put several false negative reviews towards this restaurant, using various accounts in a single day. You can read the reviews below put few days back before me and it's clear as day which they are. My suggestion to reviewers is that if you don't like the food or service just make it elaborate why not, instead of putting a few words using various accounts just to bring the reputation of restaurants down in this pandemic. All we need is to help the local businesses as much as we can in all honesty.

We tried Mediterranean food here and it was a lovely experience. We were a group of 14+ friends and kids and we here for in store dining and tried a lot of items and loved them all, it was fresh and tasty. Good to grab a quick bite and service was awesome. Would definitely recommend and would go back.Please like my review if you find it helpful.

Used to eat here very frequently. The meat was mostly good but a lot more gristley than OMG. Then the owner(?) made my order to my specifications, but then gave my order to some other regular that walked in. Then he hastily remade my order not to my specifications and gave me that one, forgetting some stuff and adding other things without me knowing what he was doing. Now I just eat at OMG a couple blocks up.
