We got a takeaway this evening (large order over £100)
We noticed 3 items were wrong, we phoned them to ask if we could get what we originally ordered and it was not a problem at all, replacements were sent immediately and they apologised for the mistake (we weren’t angry, it happens!)
All the food was delicious as usual and worth the money. Thanks very much and will use again

I am positively surprised. The staff are very kind, well presented, and prepared to deliver the very best services. The location is also very good with a car park and a nice view of the river Welland. The venue was clean, tidy and spacious. Last but not least, the FOOD, it is worth every penny spent. Every dish did taste different, was full of flavour and colour. I can recommend Maharanis to everyone.

I rated them five stars more for their service and atmosphere than for their cuisine. The restaurant is located next to the river with spectacular view of swans swimming by.
I love curries and I have eaten them since I was little. I have tried indian curries from several nations. I exclusively eat curries prepared by Indian cooks, just like all other authentic foods. I am not sure if they have a different chef this time. My impression of their curries was ok which is a real shame. But, well done for the location and service.

We regularly eat here as we particularly enjoy the Tandoori Trout. There is an extensive menu of well-known curries, sides, breads etc. Large split level restaurant, with the upper level overlooking the river Welland. Good service and good value. Takeaway also available.

My wife who lives in Holland organised my 35th event and the only place that could cater to our needs with special allergies and intolerence requirements was Maharanis. The staff was amazing and professional throughout. Ten ten! Fantastic time. Well done Maharanis. Blown away.
