Love Boston Pizza, Love Ajax but this Pickering Location is the Boston Pizza to go too!!! Amazing Customer Service from top management right down to the server. Friendly, offered great recommendations and handled my family of 6 very well. The whole family left full and happy. In this pandemic top service is what truly stands out. Oh and the clam chowder was one of the best I’ve had in years. Keep up the awesome work.

Hmmm, not great at taking orders over the phone for takeout. I ordered the honey dill fried chicken sandwich and this is what I got. I live outside of town so it was too late to drive back into get this fixed. Unfortunately I didn't bother to grab a receipt so there is no way that I can do an online survey.

We had a pleasant experience at this location this evening. We were seated right away and our drink orders were taken shortly after. Everything came out in a timely manner. The service was great, the staff worked together and made sure we were taken care of throughout our entire stay. We ordered a pitcher of beer, the Buffalo Cauliflower Bites and the Loaded Tex Mex Fries to start, both food items were excellent! I was extremely happy with how crispy and buffalo coated the cauliflower bites were. For the main I ordered a side of fries and the Fiesta Salad with the Plant Based Crumble option (which was included in the price and not an extra charge), and I was very satisfied with the portion size and how delicious and filling it was. I also ordered the Red Sangria, which had plenty of merlot which I loved, it was a great drink. I was extremely happy overall and had nice evening! Highly recommend for a date night or social event with your friends.

The food wasn’t great and the service was slow, but my reason for the five star review is that they did their best. It was during the power outage when very few places were open or had power. Three waitresses being dumped on by almost every table. Good job from those three waitresses trying their best, I used to work in the food industry and understand how difficult it is to keep a smile on your faces when the customers are beyond rude. The food definitely needs improvement though. It wasn’t a very tasty location.

I went for a job interview in this branch but I was neither offered the job nor called by the manager as he had promised. It's funny that I'm giving them a good review. Before the interview, I watched as they rendered services to their customers and the delivery riders were going in and out at the speed of light. These kept everyone so busy that I had to take a sit for a long time before I was finally interviewed by the manager.

It was BP Delivery for dinner tonight, and it exceeded expectations! The Caesar Salad and Pasta was excellent, the pizzas nicely topped and the Bandera Bread was a wonderful addition. Our order arrived promptly, within the promised time-range. Delicious choices, which looked like the pictures that were posted on the menu.
