Ivy's Tea Rooms

I messaged Ivy’s tearoom at 3pm on Monday to see if she was able to do 2 afternoon teas to takeaway 1 to include a vegetarian option she messaged back straightaway and said yes. Even though I needed them for 10am the next morning to take on the steam train. OMG they were amazing the cakes were all homemade, the brownies were the best I have ever tasted, the flapjack was covered in Cadburys chocolate (amazing!) the sandwiches were so fresh and soft, the vegetarian option had a lovely wrap which my friend said was so good. Pork pie, sausage rolls, blondies, strawberries, lemon mousse, Yorkshire teabags, scones jam and cream. They were more then I was expecting and would definitely recommend

Lovely tea room in the centre of Pickering, North Yorkshire. ideally located on the high street, traditional style, friendly and talented owner / chef. A family run business providing delicious fresh sandwiches, seasonal bites, and Homebases such as cakes / scones, etc. We love to grab a quick coffee there if we haven’t had chance to pick any up for making at home. Cosy, friendly, good food and drink - what more do you need.
