A wonderful place for a restaurant with a great internal vibe and aesthetic. Staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive. The food was excellent, well worth the price and thoroughly enjoyable! Will be visiting again!

To my surprise, the food was actually really good, tried there new started which was really nice, risotto balls were really good and gooey, the calzone was massive and filled well , the king prawn linguine was Delicious and had a nice kick, overall really good

Had a really enjoyable family meal for our sons birthday here a few nights ago. Food was lovely. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. The only slight negative was the portion size of the mains that a few of us had were a little toward the small size. So in terms of value for money we felt a little more on the plate would have been appropriate. That's the only reason I've dropped the overall review by 1 star. Other than that, a lovely evening in a really nice venue enjoyed by all 😊

Original table for 4 given to us was not good, at top of restaurant. More of a function or party room. Very noisy with 2 large groups of people in room already. But when we asked to move, staff were only too happy to help. Moved to a better table downstairs and service was excellent. Food good. Very pleasant time had by all.

Brilliant place for a quite lunch. Nice ambiance and decor with very pleasant, great looking waitresses.....It was fairly packed on Valentines Day as you might expect but the food was still superb with a few well chosen tunes playing in the background. Love the idea of the huge olive tree stretching out across the restaurant inside as it's really quite unusual and surprisingly seems to work well. I'll certainly try and use this on a more regular basis in the future as long as they keep the lunch deal going.

Had really enjoyable meal here last Saturday with a friend. Restaurant looked clean and stylish. Staff was very friendly and we loved eating from their new vegan menu. Great job! We'll be back again soon!

Food is good - as you would expect from a decent chain. Service is pretty good and the little court yard can be a nice outside space to eat. They do have heaters so if you ask they will put them on for you.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary and they were exceptionally kind. Lucky to say I have been in a lot of other zizzi's and this one is the favourite at the moment. Great service and delicious food what else would you ask for?

Best Vegan pizza and nice staff. We have been served by Dora. She was aDORAble and made sure that we were enjoying our food. Price is more than decent and food is delicious. I reccomend strongly

Impressive restaurant, good friendly staff. Have been there several times, and more often than not have come back satisfied. Reasonably quick service, very hygenic. The restaurant has a nice, comforting feel about it, certainly at lunch time Can get a little bit too busy in the evenings. Don't come too late and it will be a great experience. Really recommend the Rustica pizzas.

Visited for lunch with my husband. It was quite busy with a mixed clientele.The menu consisted of the usual chain offering of mainly pizza and pasta. Other items - chicken, fish etc each had some kind of sauce. so nothing really 'healthy' to eat here apart from a salad but the weather was too cold. We settled on a sharing platter to start, which was excellent but too much and unfortunately, comprised items which we had ordered for mains - we should have checked. To follow I ordered a half pizza with salad. The pizza was perfectly cooked and the salad the freshest and nicest I've ever had at a pizza, pasta chain. My husband's calamari were a bit too chewy; perhaps not cooked enough. We hadn't visited for ages and he used to enjoy the fritto misto, which they no longer do. We were too full to have pudding or coffee. Overall, we thought that the place could do with a bit of TLC - it looked run-down and while not exactly dirty, could certainly do with a good dust and sweep. The two servers were extremely polite, friendly and efficient, not found too often. We thought the bill rather expensive @ nearly £50 for starter, mains and two juices. Our choice, however. I think there was a set lunch which we could have chosen. We don't eat pizza very often but we will visit Zizzi again.

I love this restaurant, my boyfriend and I are both vegan, and always have a delightful pizza here. All the staff are really friendly and cater to all requests with a smile. Fantastic food, highly recommended!

Pinner branch, not recommended at all. <br/>The cook was Italian alright, but the atmosphere was lousy. <br/>I could smell the cigarette odor on the waiter who was not even waring a waiters uniform or apron. <br/>The new disposable napkin on my table had lipstick marks on it, of course the waiter apologized and changed it but it shouldn't have been there in the first place.

Better than the Zizzi at Finchley road. You never know what to expect at Zizzi's - I have been there many times and its always like flipping a coin - some days the food is surprisingly fresh and sometimes frankly horrible.
