Dog friendly cafe. You can take your dog in, sit down for coffee. They even have complementary cup of whipped cream for your dog.

Great customer service, i believe the blonde lady was the manager and she was very nice, helpful and polite. I spilt my drink by accident and was offered a new one without even asking. The place is busy which is good, it means their product and customer service is good. People complaining about queues should chill out they obviously never worked a customer service job before. They aren’t trying to make you wait for your drink on purpose! When places get busy that’s just how it goes!

I live in Pinner so this is my local. Arrived around 1pm and pretty much no queue. Ordered caramel frappacino, not the healthiest option but it was very hot (the weather) Staff were friendly and service was quick. There is inside seating only and relatively quiet.

Tables are often messy but it seems that way because staff are busy serving and customers are too lazy to pick up after themselves.

Location is interesting - cute and small. Nice atmosphere and inviting vibe. Woman on the till was miserable, unfriendly and unhelpful - unseemly for Starbucks…shame!!

Starbucks restaurant/cafe appears very clean. The place has a warmth, a cosiness with some armchairs with space and quiet around them the first things you encounter. Then the chairs and tables section and the counter. Everything slightly dark but warm, neat and organized, almost like a child with little toys lined up. The coffee prices are mostly around £4 . You decide if that is reasonable. There are bottles of water, also neatly stacked, and some small food items available. Staff seem correctly busy with customers and attentive, young and keen. Quite nice and inviting if that's what you like.

Good service, quick polite and friendly, spacious and not overcrowded. Tables are regularly cleaned and from several seats there are good views out to the high street which is cool. Customers tiwards the inside have coffee and have laotops to the outside there is coffee and conversation. It works. It is dpg friendly with a bowl juat inside the door but that isnt ice fir non doggy people. Aa they come in droves and it is off putting . Maybe adding this to the outside of the sbop would be better.

These guys are always on point !! Literally always get my drink spot on. By far my favourite Starbucks to visit. And I work in the city !!!! We all know how many Starbucks are there lol 😂 whether I go in person - or order via Uber eats (which is a lot these days coz I’m home with the baby) they always follow my instructions with a smile and get it right every time. Ive Never been disappointed. So thankyou so much guys !!! Keep doing what you’re doing. Keep up the good work! Much appreciated from this tired mamma!! Oh and thankyou for always giving my 2.5 year old daughter her babychino on Sundays with my hubbie lol. He always brings home my chai too haha 😂 xxxx (Yes I’m the girl that always asks for 7 pumps plus extra hot LOL 😂)

Very enjoyable and calming atmosphere, with gentle, jazzy piano tracks played in the background. Pleasant and relaxing.

I used to drive to Ealing Broadway or even as far a Gloucester Road to get the coffee I thought was the best in town. But now I’ve discovered the best one local to me and I am so happy every time I come here. The staff are always polite, tables are clean and the coffee is made to perfection. Would definitely recommend this Starbucks

Been to many Starbucks in London and other countries and this by far the worst in customer service. The attitude of most of the baristas seems like, 'Why are you here?' If they don't enjoy it wonder why they stay and pass on that to customers.

If you have a problem with the drink (not hot enough - other Starbucks seem fine just this one) and ask for a better one (which is what Starbucks claims - we make your drink just the way you want) you get a silent glance and they carry with making a new one but no answer to you. You have to go away, wait for a while and come back and ask for your drink again.

The more often you go the worse it seems to be. It is not really pleasurable paying for your coffee and going through the above pain on a regular basis.

Even when there is a new barista it is only a matter of time they turn into one of the above.
