We had lunch here on a Monday. Friendly polite staff. Food was hot and tasty. Simple menu with a good selection of specials.

Prices were fair, decor was in keeping with its river side location.
Parking was good but I can imagine it becoming tricky when busy.
Great historic (1500s) Pub to stay if you want a quiet location with great views over the bustling River Tamar and good classic pub food at a reasonable price. Good balcony view over the River. No lift so you need to be able to climb the 2 sets of stairs. Staff did though help with case up the stairs. Recommend it
Very friendly place to stay. Nice comfortable bedroom. Food is excellent. Staff cannot do enough for you.
Went for a meal, was one of the best meals out I've ever had. The ribs were actual ribs not the same rubbish you get everywhere else, they were superb. The lasagne was also just superb, everything is home made which is rare these days. I would highly recommend and will be back
Thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the Ferry House Inn. I, and six other of my family ordered a wide variety of dishes, from fish pie to beef burger, and all of us (myself included) were delighted. There was ample food, all of a high quality and fair price. The experience was made all the more positive by friendly, accommodating staff and a nice atmosphere, not to mention a stunning location. Will definitely be at the forefront of our minds if we are ever in the area again!
Although I cannot speak for the quality of the sleeping arrangements, it seems that the general consensus is wholly positive.
Lovely pub/restaurant we have enjoyed many meals here and the food is lovely, especially the mixed grill, plenty of daily specials to choose from, the team are very friendly and there is a great atmosphere.
Great place to stay on the Tamara way. Friendly people, clean, good food and nice view of the river.
