Like stepping back in time in here to the 1920s. It's beautiful & the staff are lovely & so attentive. Food is tasty & gorgeous too! Been a couple times now & will definitely return. Looking forward to seeing their Christmas menu 😊
First night in Plymouth for girlfriends birthday. Come here for meal and just wow truly amazing place! The 1920s theme and people the food and drinks all of it amazing!! Thanking all the team for such a night to remember!

A bit of a hidden gem!
First time at Charlie Franks was this Saturday. There were 8 of us and i have to say we had the best evening. The drinks menu and choice of gins and cocktails were brilliant. The food delicious. The decor beautiful. The entertainment was fab and the service was amazing. Our waitress, im sure her name was Laura?? Was one of the best waitresses we have ever been served by a real credit to the place. We were a very loud group and they were just amazing with us. I would definitely recommend to everyone and we will most definitely be back.
Popped in today for dinner time and am really impressed with the food, tasted amazing and well presented. Very reasonable prices also. Beautiful interior also inside. If I didn't have the pram I would of liked to of gone upstairs to have a look around. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend.
Amazing speak easy cocktail bar upstairs. Haven't had the pleasure of grabbing food there yet but saw some very satisfied people giving compliments. Staff are very knowledgeable about their craft and great fun.
I was here for my wife's birthday. From the moment taking stairs up, can feel it's different.The food is awesome. Waitresses are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with 50's feel. Swing jazz singer for your ears whist enjoying good and drinks. I can't see any other restaurant in Plymouth as beautiful as Charlie Frank's. Highly recommended restaurant. I wish there's no windows so you will never know that you're still in Plymouth 😀
Fantastic customer service, and the food was incredible! The bartender seemed to know every cocktail known to man, and at the end of the night the staff were more than happy to take photos on our phones for us. Definitely going back!

A new gem in Plymouth...The management team and crew are all keen to deliver a special experience...the service is friendly, attentive and genuine. We really enjoyed our cocktails, a treat, the presentation, superb! The food is also very tasty prepared by a chef & brigade with a creative flair. Charlie Franks is definitely on our list for friends & family for many more visits...
We love it here. The entertainment (live music) on Friday and Saturday evenings is a real draw, the food is brilliant, choice of wines and cocktails equally brilliant. Service never dissapoints.
