It was ok. As with so many other establishments, Caffé Nero know nothing about service. Two coffees, two cakes but no serviettes and no teaspoons. We had to find out own and the only ones were latte spoons. Useless.

The staff are always cheerful and friendly, good atmosphere and lovely Italian style coffee. The food is very delicious. It’s perfect for taking your laptop and finalise all of your unfinished work, especially upstairs. The toilets are always clean but a bit old. Plymouth high st Nero is my favourite destination!
Great little coffee at the top of Cornwall st in Plymouth city centre. Service is good and friendly staff. Toilets are clean. Plenty of seating on the ground floor and the first floor Outside seating also.Disabled friendly.
