Food options here are great with good deals and great table service. Fantastic friendly staff who are always willing to help and resolve any issues to the best of their ability! A particular stand out was a young man behind the bar called Richard who had to deal with so many orders and handled them all professionally with care and without any fuss on his behalf !
Promotions for cocktails and drinks are also really bubbly and persuasive ;)

Popped in for breakfast and later on lunch also today, breakfast was top notch, later lunch on the five small plates the meatballs were a disappointment, it appears to be the same across the chain in recent months.
Was disappointed they don't do Inch's like they do back home but the drinks available were just fine.
Overall a pleasant experience as we've come to expect from my pub establishments.
The food is DELICIOUS and very filling 😋, if you are dinning with friends or more than 2 people it's worth trying the small plates as a share 3 for £8.99 or 5 plates for £11.99. The service was very quick and we didn't have to wait long at all to get our food. Very pleasant and nice place to eat
I've been here for karaoke night one time, which was hilarious. Food this time was great. Lively and spacious pub, service fine.

Food and beer is very good. The service is quick and friendly. Atmosphere changes from being quiet at lunchtimes to music and Sports on the TV screens in the evening/weekend for the younger set, so caters for everyone.
Sports bar so expect it to be busy when the footballs on. Walked in on a drizzly day got served a pint pronto style and welcomed with a smile. The venue looks tired in places but it’s location is good. Food looks better than spoons 🤷♂️
Had the burger deal which was really good value, tasted nice and was alot of food for the cost. The lady who served us at the bar was really friendly and helpful and also the lady who delivered our food. Is definitely a cheap and cheerful place to go during the day
I come into the Brass Monkey for breakfast after work, once a week, and most days I am served by Donna, she is always friendly and makes me feel very welcome.
I would also like to add, a couple of Thursdays ago I was approached by a guy who decided to sit on my table and he was behaving a little strange, and the Brass Monkey staff on at that time (Donna and Carol) noticed and promptly made sure I was OK. Its lovely to have people who, even though you don't know them personally, looking out for you. Thank you both for making me feel safe as a women by herself and this positive treatment is just one reason why I keep coming back to Brass Monkey.
Absolutely amazing place here all the time. Cheap food cheap beer. Live music, karaoke and quiz. What’s not to love.
