Excellent service! Probably the best Indian takeaway I have had in a very long time. I had the garlic chilli lamb Balti, amazing and it came with a free Nan bread made fresh.
The manager / owner was really friendly.
The Staff are also very friendly.
They are around the corner from me so will definitely be back.

Amazing food and service, I don’t post positively unless it’s somewhere I’d go back too, and wow I’m planning a return visit!
The food is amazing, ask questions as they explain it really well and I tried some dishes I wouldn’t normally and they were exactly if not better than described! Brilliant!

Wow, We had a selection of Amazing Food tonight for 4 of us and each dish was so tasty we could not find our favourite. Can definitely recommend The Butter Chicken & The Tikka Masala. Wonderful experience!!
I hardly ever rate takeaways but wow that House Special Curry with king prawns and aubergine was amazing, with sweet and rich spices. Second visit, this is my favourite Indian takeaway in Plymouth. And the price is also reasonable , and you need a little patience as they cook meals freshly to order.

Been here 3 times in the last month. Very tasty food, great choice for every palate. My mate James and I go here all the time. Nice atmosphere and decor. Pleasant helpful staff.

Amazing service!!! Had my first meal from Lipson Tandoori tonight,and I can honestly say I was not disappointed.
Decided to have the Tandoori Butter Chicken and some Boiled rice.
The chicken was cooked to perfection and tasted awesome, as was the sauce was rich and creamy with a very slight sweet after taste.
This will not be my last meal from Lipson Tandoori. I think may well work may be through the entire menu (one meal at a time).
Huge thanks to the owner for cooking my meal.
I will visit again in future!!!

A genuinely delicious curry house. The green chilli chicken is one of my favourites so far, and the menu is really interesting and varied. I have ordered 4/5 times and have had something different each time, and it has all been delicious!!
