Having frequented "Tantuni" for the last year or so, the food has never once missed. Everytime the flavours are indulgent and cooked to perfection.
Today's lamb chops special is by far the best lamb chops I've had anywhere locally.

This place is such a good find. I highly highly recommend it. The food here is cooked perfectly not to mention the tasty chips. Will be visiting again when I can. Everyone is so friendly.

Had the meal deal lamb and chicken wrap with chips. Pomegranate tea and baklava to end. Everything was absolutely amazing and only £12.50 would highly recommend going to anyone who is curious.
Only downside is they don't have a recipe on how to make their hummus.
I saw this place recommended as one of the best places to eat in Plymouth so had to try it. Had the Turkish breakfast on a big sharing platter, everything was so fresh and flavoursome. Ample food, variety of cheeses. Definitely recommend popping in and giving them a try
Absolutely amazing food! Wicked value for money. Just popped in as were walking fast. The Lamb Tantuni Wrap was so good! Also the man who runs it is really attentive and a great host. Couldn't recommend enough.
Love this place, the people are so lovely and the food is amazing. Apple Turkish tea, wrap filled with halumi and roasted vegetables in a fantastic sauce. I had hot chilli, my wife had medium and my son had plain. The taste of such a simple dish is an absolute joy and served with sumac fries. The most difficult choice is the pudding and we decided to each try a different cheesecake OMG each was so different I had rose with pistachios, my son had chocolate but my wife’s lemon stole the show but saying that nobody swapped. The chocolate was sweet and luxurious, mine was delightfully delicate and my wife’s was sharp and finished the meal beautifully. We had a plan that we would take away some extras and the next day we had some hummus and baklava. Just going to say I hated baklava but this has totally changed my opinion. Not overly sweet and the taste of nuts comes through but the texture of the pastry makes this the highlight.

A must-try restaurant in Plymouth!! Service was amazing and I felt very welcomed. Excellent food and value for money, the portion sizes were really generous! Would come back again to enjoy their delicious cheesecake and baklava.
Tantuni has become my favourite place to dine in Plymouth. I am warmly welcomed with each visit and my preferred dishes are remembered.
Tantuni is clean, organised and efficient. I like to see the cheesecakes and other desserts on display along with the ability to see how the kitchen is run.
The food is made fresh to order and always tastes delicious. I am slowly making my way through the whole menu and nothing has dissapointed me. Though I do regularly order my favourites: sigara Boregi, Patatas Kofte, chips, halloumi salad and sutlac.
Portion sizes are great, mixed sharing boards are a solid option for a 'hungry' day and meal deals are generously sized.

Excellent food. Baklava superb. Will be returning. Travelled 60 miles just to try this place out. Worth the drive
A delicious little place to stop for lunch. Food is cooked fresh to order and staff are very attentive to detail. I had the Lamb Tantuni with chips, which was superb. Friendly service and fantastic grub, what more could you want! 😃
