Ordered a pork and a beef, both extremely good. No complaints and very fresh, full of flavour. But the 5 stars is more for the staff. With a seed allergy, these buns or any food like this can be a challenge. However they both absolutely went out their way to triple check ingredients and be exceptionally careful with my food. This was massively appreciated and they genuinely were concerned. Food great, and customer service even better.. Cheers guys! Absolutely recommend!
They came to Poole food festival. It was the first time I tried Bao Buns (teriyaki) so delicious. Everybody loved it. Since then I wanted to introduce to all my friends, shame they are not local. I'd buy quite often. They were also very friendly, great service.
We had the baos served in our garden party to our friends and family (40guests). AND IT WAS A HIT!! Everyone kept raving about the food and most of our guests had never had baos before. Even our 93yo grandpa absolutely loved the food!! The food is tasty, and well explained even for the bao newbies.

Delicious vegan Bao buns. Very impressed to have two vegan options choose from, so I had to try both! Both equally as yummy!

We have been here a few times now on our Barbican walks and it has became a must-visit location! The buns are always great, with a focus on fresh tasting ingrediants, the Pork bun becoming my go-to favourite. We also recently tried the dessert buns (Biscoff Bun) and we loved it, if you have a sweet tooth I'd highly recommend! The prices and deals are worth it as a healthier/tastier barbican lunch! We look forward to visiting again!

Best baos I have ever tasted in the uk!
This was my first visit the other day after seeing it shared on a local business page on Instagram, so had to come and try it for myself.
We ordered one vegan bao and one meat one, I was sure of the size or portions so only chose to get one this time but next time I will definitely go for two each!
If you're down on the barbican and you fancy something different from fish and chips this is definitely one to try! The staff were really lovely as well as it's a great place to sit and watch all the hustle and bustle of the barbican.
The food was full of flavour the food is priced well and most importantly it was very authentic I thought.
Can't wait to go back and try some more!

Located in the Barbican, as the name suggests! Just good, fresh bao buns & rice bowls. Nothing more but all well done. Charming service, all freshly prepared & good value. If the weather is nice nice, your are in for a treat! Well worth a visit, highly recommended.
Tried a lot of bao and these were so tasty, loved the freshness of the ingredients and flavours. Beautifully presented as well for street food!
