Staff are very accommodating, friendly and willing to help.
Pricing is fair and a lot of options for anyone who doesn't fancy a carvery or a fried breakfast.

I decided to stop off here for dinner, and I was met with a warm welcoming smile from a lovely lady called Karen, who made me feel very at ease and I was able to take a table of my choosing and Karen waited at my table with an ever waiting smile and making sure all was well. Then with my dessert well they know how to keep you full 🤣 but Karen you are a credit to the lord Louis and I hope they know how much you are appreciated from the paying public.

I had high hopes walking into the Lord Louis for the first time after many people telling me how good it was. It's safe to say i was not Disappointed. The food was lovely and the Service was second to none, we began with cocktails before having our roast, George gave us a service with a smile cracking witty jokes and a helpful and welcoming attitude, as far as first impressions go this sold it for me and the wife. after the roast was eaten we sat outside to finish our drinks whilst contemplating desert, we initially asked for the Warm Cookie dough, Karen then informed us that it was unfortunately not in stock so chose the chocolate cake instead, once again the service we received was wonderful and made us feel welcome Thank you to all the staff that was working today you defiantly made it one to remember. Five stars to everyone of you

We had a great experience here. There were 12 of us, 7 kids. The staff was excellent. They were patient and kind. Lee was fantastic with everyone!
The food was very good and very well priced.

It was our first time visiting Lord Louis as a group of five and our hosts for the evening were Chelsea and Ben, who was on his first shift. Chelsea was extremely informative and advised us of all the deals on offer with her bubbly personality and cannot fault her attitude and high standards of service. Ben also excelled for his first shift and was very polite and helpful, always checking that everything was good and even offering his services before we had to ask. Even to the chef who was serving on the carvery, the service he provided was outstanding and was very friendly. We will definitely be returning and hopefully Chelsea and Ben will be on shift when we do.

Our waitress Karen was very friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble even though she was rushed off her feet! Carvery was lovely although there was only gammon left which was disappointing. Fab offers on the app, so worth downloading! Will be back again soon

Came in with my partner. Just had popcorn chicken and chips while he had a burger. I have it every time I go to lord Louis. I don't like brown sauce but I said to zee one of the staff and she went to get me some ketchup instead. I am very grateful she understood. Place is very clean. Went in Wednesday for few drinks when they opened and the cleaners did a fantastic job. Gives a good sense of professionalism. Happily come again

Came in on a quiet Monday afternoon with my mum for an afternoon carvery. Place was very quiet so were seen straight away.
Kaz very helpfully pointed me to a daily promotion which saved us 50% off food which was great 🙂
Food was a little bit on the cold side but still edible, plenty of choice. Karen kept checking to see if we were doing ok.
Great staff and service will be back.

Best carvery I’ve had in years. Meat was lean and tasty. Vegetables cooked well and flavoursome. Brilliant chef/server. Despite a large queue and stifling conditions he plowed through with courtesy and managed to maintain a happy disposition! Don’t think I’d have that patience and tolerance! We will most definitely be returning.

A great evening to be with family visiting from the States who wanted an English carvery and it didn’t disappoint. Lee was serving us at the carvery and was very friendly and welcoming of our crowd of 12! Good value for money and good food. Will certainly return

We hadn't visited The Lord Louis for a very long time as our last visit wasn't good. A friend recommended we went today & we are so glad we did. Our waitress Karen was so lovely. She was friendly & very helpful. My mums coffee was not very hot. She asked Karen if she could top it up with hot water but Karen made her a fresh one. The food was delicious. The best cauliflower cheese I've had in a carvery for a long time. Will definitely be back & have already recommended to others.
