I decided to stop off here for dinner, and I was met with a warm welcoming smile from a lovely lady called Karen, who made me feel very at ease and I was able to take a table of my choosing and Karen waited at my table with an ever waiting smile and making sure all was well. Then with my dessert well they know how to keep you full 🤣 but Karen you are a credit to the lord Louis and I hope they know how much you are appreciated from the paying public.
We had a lovely time here today. Our waitress Karen was absolutely fab and couldn’t have done more for us. Great food at a great price. Will definitely be back 😊
Amazing so helpful zarina and Andy were so warming and welcoming so friendly and gave us great service we had a laugh and a joke too and Andy makes the best hot choccies thank u guys for helping me stuff my face on my treat meal :-)
Friendly staff & big shout out to Karen, who was extra helpful. Nice food, generous portions and very good value for money! Vegan beyond burgers were particular good :)
I had high hopes walking into the Lord Louis for the first time after many people telling me how good it was. It's safe to say i was not Disappointed. The food was lovely and the Service was second to none, we began with cocktails before having our roast, George gave us a service with a smile cracking witty jokes and a helpful and welcoming attitude, as far as first impressions go this sold it for me and the wife. after the roast was eaten we sat outside to finish our drinks whilst contemplating desert, we initially asked for the Warm Cookie dough, Karen then informed us that it was unfortunately not in stock so chose the chocolate cake instead, once again the service we received was wonderful and made us feel welcome Thank you to all the staff that was working today you defiantly made it one to remember. Five stars to everyone of you

We had a great experience here. There were 12 of us, 7 kids. The staff was excellent. They were patient and kind. Lee was fantastic with everyone!
The food was very good and very well priced.
It was our first time visiting Lord Louis as a group of five and our hosts for the evening were Chelsea and Ben, who was on his first shift. Chelsea was extremely informative and advised us of all the deals on offer with her bubbly personality and cannot fault her attitude and high standards of service. Ben also excelled for his first shift and was very polite and helpful, always checking that everything was good and even offering his services before we had to ask. Even to the chef who was serving on the carvery, the service he provided was outstanding and was very friendly. We will definitely be returning and hopefully Chelsea and Ben will be on shift when we do.
Our waitress Karen was very friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble even though she was rushed off her feet! Carvery was lovely although there was only gammon left which was disappointing. Fab offers on the app, so worth downloading! Will be back again soon
