Another town, another Costa. But the member of staff (on his own) was friendly and proficient. Cakes were 1/2 price too. Place was clean and tidy.
Dropped in today as my 7yr old daughter needed the loo desperately and all we got from the staff was "you need to buy something to get a code"...not very happy and even more so with the state of the toilet.
Kelly was working very busy all orders that where having in got ignored and only working take away orders. I kicked up a fuss and she said well that's the way it goes
