I spoke to Jodie at the Pontefract store after the driver on the map was elsewhere. She was AMAZING and helpful. Even though there isn't a way for us or them to help getting hold of the driver she was however lovely and patient and incredibly friendly. Embarrassingly they arrived whilst on the phone and we had a giggle. I was disappointed though once I opened them as the sausage rolls were cold and in packs of 4. We wanted warm. There were 14 which wasn't cheap so I wish they'd have got it right. But we can't all have what we wish in life I guess! Thank you Jodie x

Good for a quick snack. Most sandwiches are gone by midday. Quick service. Heated ham and cheese toastie is tasty but lots of carbs

Disappointing, as at lunch time when we called, there was a very limited availability of sausage rolls, cheese and onion, steak, chicken, pasties and other bakes. Forced to have pizza slices with our hot drinks.

I enjoyed it very much but the only thing was that we had a hot chocolate and the assistant put vanilla flavouring in and had the cheek to charge me for it when we didn't ask for it.

I worked in Pontefract for 11 months and went in daily for my Latte! Leaving this review for the staff as they are fab! Great customer service, they even got to know my order and have it ready for me! Perfect way to start the day! The ladies definitely deserve a well done 👏👏❤️

We always injoy a sandwich and a latta at lunch time.They have a good variety of sandwiches andpasties sausage rolls fruit in little tubs and assorted biscuits and buns.

Good offers on drink and sandwiches plus all bakery products , all at reasonable prices . The staff are friendly and polite , coffee is of a good standard to say the low cost , a no frills basic approach to trading !!! But always a good meal at a sensible price . The ideal place to grab a quick bite on your well earned break . Plus a good range of pies and savory bakes and a good selection of cakes to eat in or to take home , all very freshly baked to a good standard .

I've eaten plenty of sandwiches from here, but nothing beats the hot steak bake for taste. You can eat in or take out, but there's not enough room to swing a feline if you actually want to eat here!
