The only reason for giving it a four was I could t see teaspoons over than that cheerful cafe clean goo do choice of cakes and yummy looking I had Victorian sponge muffin cheaper than other cafes but otherwise brillant

It took a while for us to get the food and the staff looked busy. However, once we got our food it tasted nice. Staff were nice as well and apologised for the long wait

After an overnight stay in Pontefract we popped in for breakfast. This is part of the supermarket, right at the entrance. The tables are divided by screens due to social distancing. You can still pick your own bits and make own coffee though. Had English breakfast and poached eggs on toast, coffee and apple juice. Cheap and cheerful, can definitely recommend.

Staff here were really helpful and friendly, food came quickly and was perfect, it’s Morrison’s cafe, not the Ivy! It’s basic and good value. Sausage, egg, chips and beans, food of the gods!!!

Always a good meal to be had here. I usually go for a cheeseburger or a macaroni cheese, both of which I can thoroughly recommend. My mother and grandmother get scampi and fish-and-chips, both of which also look delicious. Definitely a recommended place to come before or after a shop, or just for a bite to eat.
