Booked on the off, Food was absolutely spot on steak and Ribs cooked to perfection! Matt L was out server and his customer service skills where outstanding! Polite, helpful and engaged in conversation made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be returning

After a long, stressful day I didn’t want to adult anymore so snuck out with the kids for a cheeky Tuesday Harvester. Food was great and quick to arrive. Matt L looked after us brilliantly; a real asset to the team - warm, welcoming and attentive.

Excellent service from Alice. Alice was always on hand/nearby to help with our order, and offer drinks. We was asked at the very beginning about allergies or intolerances which was really good. The food was beautiful. The chicken was tender, the chips were crisp and fluffy. The tables were clean and ready for every customer. Salad bar was fully stocked with sauces and sides compliments available. Great experience. Thanks again Alice

Staff here were fantastic. Trudy our waitress was just a delight. Very funny very helpful. And another waitress who was not serving us, Caprice, was very lovely and chatty and checked in to see how we were. Throughout our night.

Received fantastic service from Lily. She was always on hand for any questions. She chatted with us about the menu and she was really friendly and polite.

Matthew G. What a lovely young gent. He’s a credit to you. I’ve been coming here for years. This was the best meal by far. Hats off to the kitchen. The food was hot, good portions and my belly pork was cooked to perfection. (And I’m fussy) It’s a scorching hot day, the restaurant is rammed with a 40% discount deal. All of the staff are on form though! Well done Stacey and the staff at Pontypool! And keep up the good work Matthew G 🙂

Had booked for 2pm, arrived a little early, at 1.50pm. Waited for over 5min for someone to acknowledge we were there waiting to be seated. Waitress was immediately with us to take our drinks order and drinks arrived very quickly. The salad area was well stocked and everything looked good. After ordering our main meal we ate our salad bowl and waited for our food to arrive. Our food arrived very quickly and was well presented and tasty.
For the price I felt the Harvester was excellent value.

We visited with some friends for a catch up. Seated quickly and given a nice welcome. Very full as it was a Sunday but salad bar well stocked. Everyone enjoyed their food and my friend with food allergies well cared for. Rocky horror to finish is a definite must. Thanks to Alice that gave us good service throughout our meal, and helpful with any requests.
