Great coffee shop. I purchased some coffee beans, and two different teas. The teas are amazing but I have yet to try the coffee. Friendly staff who are keen to give advise.
The pricing for tea and coffee is reasonable. The only small gripe I had was a tea pot I had purchased. 2 cup pot was £20 from £22. Out of curiosity I popped online later on to see most places sell them for £13. I'm not sure on their business model for this but that is a big difference. An extra bag of coffee difference. I understabd that online retailers are often cheaper but not that cheaper. Anyway the pot is great so I'm not too hurt over that :) 😀
*UPDATE* The coffee was lovely. I love a strong coffee and this gives that without the bitterness as said by the lady working there. Also thanks for the reply :)

Needed a spare part for my own coffee machine after it went faulty. Rang Cortile and explained the problem, and the man on the phone instantly knew what was wrong and ordered me the replacement part. Arrived next day, and the problem now all sorted. First class service.

Amazing service from a local company!
We were let down by a large corporate company subscription & spotted Cortile in Cowbridge. They have so much knowledge of their coffees and were happy to answer any questions we had and to top it off they were £10 a month cheaper than the previous company we used and the coffee tastes incredible.
We have now signed up for a monthly subscription.

Visited the workshop to get my coffee machine repaired today. Richard and the team turned it around within the day and at a very reasonable price. Richard is passionate about the business and also showed me how to maintain the machine going forward. First rate all round, would highly recommend.

A beautiful shop in Pontypridd with a great selection of teas, coffees, accessories and high quality coffee machines! I recently purchased a coffee machine and selection of different coffees there and the service I received was exemplary. I cannot recommend this company enough! First class!!

A great little coffee cafe/shop that has a vast selection of coffee's to drink and to buy. A nice pleasant area within the indoor market to sit, relax and enjoy a good coffee. Staff are friendly and informative, all covid-19 compliance.

Really enjoyed our coffee and snack here. Love the shop where they sell the machines Tea and coffee beans. Friendly staff and very nice food. We will be back.
