Awful service, rude and ignorant! Jacket was completely hard from over microwaved. Had to ask for a glass for my juice! No butter, tuna mushed. Potato green! Reported to head office

Never feels staffed enough for lunch time. Went there 5 separate occasions and there was an hour wait for food. Not worth going at lunch time

Arrived at 15.40 on a Friday to be told that we could only have toast or teacake. They close at 17.00! Settled for toast and requested it be well done - it wasn't. Tesco need to look at how other large food chains serve their customers! I take my mum and part of her shopping day includes using the cafe. I won't be returning to Tesco.

Initially I loved the changes to order screens etc. at Tesco cafe Upperboat, but now there's hardly ever anything in stock at the start of lunch times - fish and chips never available anymore - and the screens don't provide the option to remove sauces that you don't want- on burgers and muffins for example.
