Enjoyed a bit quieter morning with a plant based hot chocolate with plant based cream on the top... If you're lucky enough and this Costa is not full with people you can really have a good catch-up with your friends

I was served by Eron this morning and although I could see she had a lot to deal with she still had time to keep me informed of any delays with a smile on her face and got to me as quickly as she could. It was busy and being at the front of the till she was calm under fire and I don't think they (Eron especially) get enough credit for that, all while serving and making coffee.

Store manager Jessica very pleasant friendly 1st class service this store is one of the best around the area great service given by staff gets very busy but they all cope really well great job guys 👍👍

I normally get my Mocha to go and this was the first time I sat in and the drinks and hospitality exceeded my expectation. My only rant is I wish they would wipe down the tables between customers as numerous times only the trays and rubbish were taken away without the wipe down. Easy fix, and will have no problem updating my review next visit.

Couldn't use the free coffee from last Friday's visit as the App was playing up (apparently Costa had done something their end???), So we still got a free coffee as the person behind the counter honoured it! Great service! 👍

My first time at a drive through Costa but you could also go in, which is what I did. The service was pretty quick considering it was busy. The guy making my order made a mistake but fixed it without hesitation. Customer orders were going out fast so there wasn't a queue of people waiting for there drinks and food. Overall, considering the conditions we are all having to put up with, I would definitely use this place again.
