Can be a wait for food but at least you know it is freshly cooked. Main recommendation is the prices are good compared to other shops in area.

Got medium cod and Chips special which had choice of sauces and a drink for £11.50. Choice of fish available. Great portion of chips and cod was lovely. Served in a bag which was manageable.

Was gr8 food lovely fish haddock we ordered ample size too much but only because we are small eaters ... we had spent the day in sandbanks and this chipshop less than 8 minutes away ... award winning status and standards that match 🙂

Really good fish and chips. Our kids loved the burger and sausage too. They had never eaten the curry sauce and fell in love with the tasteful small cup of it. The only thing missing from our takeaway was cutlery and tissues which was probably our fault for not picking them up. Highly recommended!

If your looking for a delicious portion of fish n chips, at a reasonable price, then i can fully recommend Halfway Fish Bar, as they have a menu for everyone, from the small appetites, to those who are absolutely starving, that they capfuls eat a shark.

Best chippy in the area, excellent portion sizes, fish is fresh, light batter and perfectly cooked. Chips are always crispy and never greasy!

Thanks so much. We were stopping over tonight and had driven six hours without food. A lovely delivery driver turned up called Francisco and delivered brilliantly cooked steaming hot delicious fish and chips. Our accommodation for the night was rubbish, our food made us feel 100x better. If you’re ever unsure of the difference you make just know you made two people feel comforted and happy tonight, thanks.
