No1 Wok

This is one of the best (if not THE best) Chinese takeaways in the UK. All of the dishes I've had were incredible and bursting with delicious Asian flavours. The sauces are the perfect consistency- not too thick and not too watery. The Thai curries are also amazing. There are a few tables in the restaurant, so you can eat in (if you don't mind a bit of kitchen noise and plastic cutlery). I highly recommend you try eating in the restaurant as the food comes out piping hot, fresh and crispy. Chinese food is best right off the wok so the vegetables and fried items don't become soggy. They also have a good vegetarian menu. The vegetarian chicken is the best veggie meat I've ever had.

Food amazing, meal for one absolutely massive great value for money. Only criticism is I was made to feel very uncomfortable as they wanted a cash payment and I only had a card on me since covid I don't usually have cash. I felt like a naughty school girl. But totally recommend this place for food. On leaving I was told if I came back bring cash ££££!!!!!!

Have had Chinese from here about 6 times. Particularly good crispy duck to go with pancakes, sweet and sour pork Hong Kong style, crispy chilli beef and smoked chicken. Recommend phoning cos although there is am online booking option I've found them to be not reliable as keeping to the time you ask to collect it. If its busy they don't prioritise your online booking over walk ins so you could be waiting an hour longer than planned.

Omg!!!! This place does amazing food this is 2nd meal with them and it's absolutely hellish so worth the money the service is lovely really polite and efficient I ordered and literally had dinner on the door 10 min later!!! Lovely delivery guy too so polite and so chuffed we found this place never using another Chinese again
