Great place to come shopping for things for the home in our first real shopping day out in over a year. Great to see and feel the quality of things. Ended up buying much more than we planned, haha! As usual, the quality of goods and helpfulness of staff us a given here. I would recommend spending time here.

Just wanted to post what a pleasant and helpful lady Dawn is in the restaurant. All the time I've been in for scone and coffee and not once was I told they did a cream tea deal! . So added bonus I had clotted cream today too. Shame the others have never offered me the cream tea deal. Well done Dawn. Thank you 😊😊☕

Just wanted to say how outstanding 2 members of staff at your Poole branch were over the weekend. Jo Grimwade -Newton and Pauline who both went 'above and beyond' to locate a silver pitcher we wanted to buy but was out of stock in store and also online. They located it in another store and ensured we were contacted and able to have the item sent to our home address. Thanks to both - they were brilliant.

Decided I needed a new TV, after waiting a while an excellent salesman came and explained the technology. I chose a TV but it was too large for my flat , I returned it, and exchanged for a smaller TV no quarrel and got refund for the difference....fantastic service.

Usually brilliant. The staff especially in the TV area are very knowledgeable and helpful. We went for an ironing board (very dull I know) but they only had a poor choice of 3. Didn't like any of them so disappointing. Also very dusty and they are really bad on displaying prices for some reason. Southampton store is better tbh.

Great location with high street brands close by. Very useful for the click & collect option with dedicated parking area. Parking is also free. Helpful staff with cafe on the first floor
