Just wanted to post what a pleasant and helpful lady Dawn is in the restaurant. All the time I've been in for scone and coffee and not once was I told they did a cream tea deal! . So added bonus I had clotted cream today too. Shame the others have never offered me the cream tea deal. Well done Dawn.

Decided I needed a new TV, after waiting a while an excellent salesman came and explained the technology. I chose a TV but it was too large for my flat , I returned it, and exchanged for a smaller TV no quarrel and got refund for the difference....fantastic service.

I have just bought an iPad from John Lewis in Poole. I was served by a young lad called Owen who definitely deserves a mention. He was so very helpful and informative not at all pushy hence my purchase!

John Lewis could be just another department store, however the wonderful staff really make it feel like more. Juliet was extremely patient and helpful when I was looking for a new sound system- had all the technical expertise but also made it really umderstandable. Really made my day.
